Frozen

After this last update, my app is completely frozen and nothing loads. It’s unusable now.

The service fee is too high for me as I don’t really use it much.

The app exceeds my expectations

I use both Finnish and American banking apps. I can do more easier with my Nordea app than any other banking app I use. I almost never have to access the bank using a computer. The security features are also great.

Some bugs

I hate when u need to pay something that this happens when u cannot see all the money in your account at some point!

Very Fast

Very fast, very optimised. A lot done on a small app.

Errors all the time

For some reason asked to log in all the time. Didn’t save my draft payment. Lost a lot of time. Usually works ok.

I wish we had this in the USA, which is third world in banking

The only positive thing

This app is the only thing I enjoy about doing business with NORDEA BANK. in every other respect, the trend seems to be to remove the human component from banking. Of course, this app is another example of removing the human component from banking. Chris Senn

Always improving and keeping up with what’s necessary for the day.

Backward Update

Can’t believe I need to type my if every time I use the app and having to go to the code app to use fingerprint is annoying and a backward approach to simplicity. Honestly, I regret updating this app to this ‘newest version’. I think it’s high time the AppStore give room for downgrading or offloading annoying updates like this one. However, the ability to see all investment at a glance is a plus though it’s hugely blurred by this unnecessary complexities created.

Functional and acceptable, lacks innovation

.. compared to N26 for example.

Improvements Needed

The only improvement needed is to allow searches of previous payments by recipient or amount

Can't continue after code scanned.

Key functionality does not work. Code scanned, name appears, "next" button can't be pressed

Awful background color

Nice update, but the color has been changed to be so awful looking. It has been nice color before since this version. Can you change it back?

For private customers only

Installed the app and then it asked to create apassword. Error message: your contract doesn't allow you to use this app. A 30-mi nute call to a customer service, which included numerous unsuccessful identification attempts and a promise that somebody will call back regarding this matter. They called back quite soon, only to explain that this app is not for corporate customers at all and that I called to a private customers number in the first place. I took the number from the app itself and it didn't specify in any way whether this number is for private or corporate customers.

app doesn't work

I keep getting this error: "there is no network connection available" though net connections do work e.g. in browsers. reinstalled the app but that didn't help.
